At Storyteller Overland, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
